Event Planner

HMHEC offers conference room rentals in Hickory to businesses and organizations for programs with an educational component or that are related to the educational and/or economic development mission of the Center. All Classrooms include state-of-the-art technology, and on-site technical support is always available. In addition to in-room technology, classrooms can be equipped with handicap-accessible desks, flip charts/markers (5), and a microphone/amplifier system (1) at no additional charge. Some additional computer lab equipment may be rented for an additional charge, including mobile digital projectors (2) and laptop carts (3) with 24 computers per cart.
