Instructional Technology

Ten classrooms, including the computer lab, have a podium with SMART technology and include a presentation computer, a DVD/VHS player, a presentation laptop computer hook-up, and a document camera. An interactive touch screen controls output to a mounted data projector. The classrooms also have wall-mounted speakers, a wall-mounted white board, and Internet access. We have provided an on-line tutorial here for instructors unfamiliar with the podium technology. In addition, our technical support staff is available to provide training with the technology prior to presentations.

For rooms with no stationary technology, we can provide mobile data projectors, TV/VCR combos, and overhead projectors. Flip charts and a microphone system are also available as needed.
